• We require a $300 security deposit on condos, within 15 days of booking to confirm your reservation.

• Personal Checks and Credit Cards accepted (Master Card and Visa only)

• Full payment is required 60 days prior to arrival

• Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. - Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.

• We charge a one time exit cleaning fee on vacation homes & condos.

• All rental rates are subject to taxes (11.25%)

• Rates are subject to change. Subject to availability.
