from Magic Sands Beach. This one bedroom condo is a perfect hangout for the beach lover visiting Kona. It is a ground floor unit with its own parking space located 10 steps from the door. There is a queen size bed and a sleeper sofa. Since you are right across the street from the beach you have ocean views from the Lanai and a nice ocean breeze. In the evening you can sit on the Lanai and enjoy the sunset. Rates are $485 per week or $80 per day and there is a three day minimum stay.
